Thank You so much for such a good respond for our “Catholic ‘Zoom School’ for Children”. We have 61 registered children + 33 siblings who attend the classes with them (not counting their wonderful Parents/carers). Please, pray for all of us, that The Holy Spirit let us to bear fruits in plenty of this event. Please, also remember that there is always a chance to join us (with no registration) for Saturdays at 7.00pm as preparation the children for Sunday Liturgy – access for all through weekly Facebook invitation at our Facebook Profile: St Swithuns RC Church Southsea

Dear Parishioners, Dear Parents, Dear Children. After our journey in Advent with Morning ‘wake up’ prayers, with your involvement in our Zoom prayer meetings, with the appreciation of many of the Parents, I would like to invite You to join our weekly “Catholic ‘Zoom School’ for Children”.
We are living in troubled times. Issues that used to be clear are blurry and secular society is preaching a version of truth that is decidedly not true from a Catholic perspective. Being a devoted Catholic family, actively pursuing the Faith and passing it along to our children is weirdly considered counter-cultural. Unfortunately, not only Public schools teach today only our society’s cultural values. I would like to teach your Children Christ’s truth. I would like to help them to appreciate and be proud about their faith in Jesus Christ – True God, who became for us True Man. I would like them to be more aware of their faith and let them to defence their Christian values.
I propose 2 lessons per week – 1st – on Mondays at 7.00pm (40 minutes) and 2nd on Saturdays at 7.00pm as preparation the children for Sunday Liturgy. Hopefully, we can start from 11th January 2021 (Monday). So, if You are interested, please send me in any way a request for the Registration Form this week.
